Yes. Everything is made fresh daily by hand. We don’t pre-roll or pre-pack anything. Your sushi is prepared to order using the freshest ingredients available.
Not all of them. While we offer raw options like salmon sashimi or nigiri, many of our rolls are cooked or feature items like shrimp tempura, crab, or grilled vegetables.
Absolutely. We have several vegetarian rolls made with ingredients like avocado, cucumber, pickled radish, and sweet potato tempura.
A mix of both. We source locally where it makes sense, like fresh produce and herbs, and we import key items such as nori, soy sauce, and sushi-grade salmon from trusted suppliers.
Sushi is best enjoyed fresh. If needed, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. We don’t recommend reheating sushi.
